This is my grandfather and my neice. He has been playing this game as far back as when I was a child where he pulls a tic-tac out from behind your ear as if by magic. I guess he found a new generation to trick with his "smart pills." It reminds me so much of all the games and practical jokes he played with me growing up! It holds another special place as he is recovering from leukemia and she was recently diagnosed (hence her lack of hair). That certainly does not seem to affect the magic of the moment!
