No Trespassing

The tilted old rectangle is boarded and rickety and still. It hardly needs the sign. Nothing sane goes here; nothing pure lies here, not even the snow. Who has died here, and what dreams have ceased? Only the trees guard its secrets. And I shall never know them where they stand.
