It's probably just a house. But it's florescent green with a cross of lights, and it sits high on a hill overlooking a road in East Liverpool, Ohio. I noticed it while driving through town, and after I was about half a mile past, I decided to go back for a photo. There was nowhere to park, so I shot this on the move from the car window.
