This is the season all the peacocks get, well, a bit hormonal. And hence the showing-off in an effort to woo/court a peahen (not in the photographed frame) to mate with...
P.S> Yes, I know a tighter crop would have been better, and the hedge is coming in the way. But I guess that adds to the natural element of its habitat!

Marshall, I guess they do! Usually many peacocks show off in this manner, courting the females in this mating season. And then the females choose one of them as their mate....
