maybe i just drank too much coffee... but the theme said, "lean towards the exotic"... i think this photo's funny...

lemme explain a little: this is the legendary SASQUATCH, the "mythical" CREATURE said to roam the forests washington state, USA. it's existence is up for debate (although a "good" washingtonian wouldn't too quickly dismiss its existence).

what's NOT debatable is that THIS sasquatch (the Seattle Sonics' mascot) does, in fact exist. what makes this photo unique is that, as far as i know, there's never been a picture taken of him in "the wild" (see trees and sky in the background), as it/he/she normally is only to be found indoors, when groups of 20,000 or so adult humans gather to inbibe mysterious brews and mystery meat made of exotic body parts of other creatures (hotdogs) to watch two smaller groups of much taller and stronger adult male humans toss around a round object known as a basketball.

the "mythical" sasquatch could probably play basketball (he's supposed to be over 7 ft tall), but i'm not sure if it'd have time for games, practices, interviews, etc., as shaving that body looks time-consuming!... and i'm not sure that it'd be easily integrated into the sport bc it's been decades since it's brushed it teeth...
