It's actually raindrops. That's why I call it "Rainlight" because it does look like drops of light, but it is actually drops of water.
Incidentally, there was no photoshopping done to this photo other than to crop it square (I love and normally shoot square format film) very minor level adjustments and to save as jpg. -
