The Baked Potato
Submitted to Photo Challenge: Get Cookin'
Two large potatos (baked)
Lots of butter
Lots of sour cream
Lots of salt
Lots of black pepper
Wash down with cold Guinness!
Sorry everyone, but I'm Irish. People who know me often make fun of the emormous plates of potato that I consume. The sad part is, its not just a cliche. I actually love it.

A simple baked potato with lots of butter, salt, and pepper is delicious and filling! I've eaten plenty of them :-)
