A leatherback sea turtle camouflages her nest on Trinidad's North coast. Leatherbacks generally nest only at night, so finding this turtle still nesting in the morning was a rare opportunity. These amazing marine reptiles can weigh up to 2,000 lbs (900 kg) and regularly swim across entire ocean basins. They are also Critically Endangered with extinction due to human impacts.
