Fashion borne out of necessity...

Nicola is a Street performer and Japanese Bamboo Flute maker (Shakuhachi - not pictured here) from St. Augustine. Originally from Maine he said he ended up here a couple years ago when his van broke down with only a pair of shorts to his name but things are better for him today. We met him making some very beautiful music despite the rain.

    I really like this; in my opinion I think it fits this theme well. I don't see too many photographs on here that truly are just 'street' fashion and candid kind of shots. I also love the fact that you told his story along with the photo; it makes more of an impact.
