nice photo. i like the colors and the motion. does a d40 use film? i think these types of photos are accepted if they're in camera/film/processing tricks, but if it's photoshopping, i've been lead to believe that it's not acceptable (www.jpgmag.com/about/photos.html). i like the photo.
