Bruschetta rustica and Illy cappucino.
Toast two slices of bread and rub both sides with a raw clove of garlic - they will consume the whole clove (only pane toscana has the necessary tensile strength!)
Then crush a very ripe tomato into bread, dribble with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Only succeeds with first class local ingredients...
