Classical one - Strawberry tart

240 g flour
160 g butter
80 g vanilla flavored sugar
2 egg yolks
Preheat the oven to 180C
Lightly grease a spring-form pan.
In a bowl beat the butter and the sugar. Add the eggs. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir by hand until just moistened. Do not overmix.
Spread the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Slice the strawberries and put on the tart.
Spread on the strawberries some gelatine and make it cold.
