My grandparents have been married almost 50 years. Both suffer from Alzheimer's disease and spend most their day on that couch. The pictures watching over them are of their two daughters.

Great photo. You have to take more of these two. They are very photogenic and the story is very moving. The photos above are very important especially as memories arte so elusive to them. Perhaps you can try to capture them with various things that are really precious to them to further tell the story.
