Turduckin #1

Our first attempt at the mythical Turduckin.
For those outside the hillbilly (Emeril) realm this is a chicken wrapped in a duck wrapped in a turkey.
To prepare:
1. Find the 3 birds (either during hunting season or at the market) and debone all of them except the legs of the turkey. The deboning is fairly complex if you dont know bird physiology, ask you butcher.
2. Make 3 different stuffings. I made a fig and goat cheese stuffing for the chicken and then a pork sausage and cornbread stuffing for the duck and then a sourdough lamb sausage stuffing for the turkey.
3. lay all birds flat on your counter and add appropriate stuffing to the inside of them
4. lay them one on top of the other and then tie all together with butchers twine (harder than it sounds)
5. lay the frankenbeast into the roasting pan and add 2-3 cups of stock
6. Roast until 160 degree farenheit or so
7. Eat and enjoy!!!!
