You'd be hard pressed to find a better example of a bird in harmonious co-existence with humans. thier design features are amazing -the naked head for probing carcasses, the hooked beak for ripping, large broad winds for floating aloft while searching our roadways for every dead beast. it's like someone took an eagle and hit it with an ugly stick.

    They are constants here in the country - I love them. My dogs like to flush them off outbuildings.
