As I was leaving the Vietnam Wall, I glanced back for one more look at the solemn black granite. I saw this older woman reaching from her wheelchair to solemnly touch a name. The air was quiet as I pushed the button to take the picture. My heart went out to her and I was grateful to be able to witness this touching moment.
