A rainy day na Praia do Forte, na Urca, no Rio. No matter what man does to the city, Rio fights back relentlessly, with defiant natural beauty.

No matter. Man's persistent. Charges ahead with ever larger stacks of greed.

Wish'd everyone could've seen the waves, aware of that precise moment, that magical unforgettable moment before photographical darkness fell. All drunk with the sight, camera at hand, ecstatic, taking it all in.

Wish'd everyone everywhere that precise instant saw the wind splashing against the wave crest, and could understand that darned green.

Wish'd everyone could've shared that incredible wavelenght of a moment, when it happen'd, all together, as one.

No, this is a painting, I am sure of it. The painter has selected the most gorgeous green wave, breaking, upon rich, golden sand, and has placed a distant sky and dark, rocky hills to anchor the water. Yes - this is a painting, and you painted it! Amazing to do, with the camera!

Lovely. I may never have seen ocean water this color. Isn't it amazing all the different colors water can take. I wonder how many there are.

"How describe the way I feel..." you do it perfectly! The photo is amazing, the water's colour so real and the stop a perfect moment!
Amazing, as said above, you drew a painting...both with the photo and your words. I wish I could one day see and live that moment!
