  OMG! I visited this 18k ft. high ski lodge in May 1980. Besides the fact that this precarious structure is still standing, I'm shocked at the complete absence of snow. When I was there the mountain was capped by glaciers and only a few feet of the structure's base was exposed above the snow. Climate change is fast at work!
