This is my biggest (visible) scar. It's from a kidney surgery I had when I was 22. I love this scar, and am proud of it.

my eyes are drown to the upper part, e.g. your eyes too
if you really want to make the scar the subject, maybe try some burning and dodging to increase the contrast,
nice picture, i like it
