This even more is a city that never sleeps, nor has morals (I don't mind really) and where anything goes..even more so then New York City. This is like the Dubai of the US. Shoot all sorts of weapons in the desert, do all sorts of naughty stuff legally on or off the strip and leave without guilty feelings. Well maybe you will if your bank account has taken a serious Shock and aaaauch.
