  This reminds me of a landscape design company in Dunedin, Florida, where they would make crazy designs to get attention. Once they built a pond in front of their office, with the rear of a car protruding, very much like this, except they added a mist generator, which made it look like steam was still rising from the car. They had so many calls to 9-1-1, that they had to put up Caution tape and a sign, stating that it was placed there as an example of their design potential (or something to that effect). Cool photo, BTW, and the placement and content of the billboard really speak to the shot. Good eye!
