these two Pit Bulls are siblings, and were shot at the East Valley Animal Shelter.

This is part of my Shelter & Rescue Dog exhibit, showing through May in Long Beach, CA.

In the This Is Who We Are photo essay.

    simply beautiful. what a bad rep these animals have..but I hope they get adopted. They look like the really need some affection. adorable..and love the color. You captured a beautiful moment. here...but .. I do want to clarify..and that "shot" means photographed..???? right? :):)

    These two were sweethearts. These dogs really do have such a bad reputation. I spent about 10 minutes with every dog in this shelter, I'd say at least half were Pits, and they were all as sweet as they could be.
