Charred Log
O.K., I know you don't like manipulation, but can't you see the beauty of this? The charred wood has been made to look like lace or brushstrokes, and to me, this is a beautiful photographic image. I have been studying patterns in nature in my art photos, and sometimes manipulation makes for beauty. It is my photo and my art.
