A cloudy and rainy day gave me a gray backdrop for this red rotating sign. It is part of a art installation piece titled "Love & Lost" at the Olympic Scuplture Park in Seattle. You really couldn't see the piece because their was a fence around it, but the neon red "&" rotated brightly above the fence.
