Thank you Stacey. It's not milk in the foreground (although you might be on to something with the idea of milk chasers), it's a beer called Hoegaarden. I don't know whether you're familiar with it, but is a "white" (which explains why it looks mily in black and white) Belgian beer. It's normally served in a chunky distinctive glass as shown. According to its marketing spiel it was first brewed about 500 years ago by monks (this is probably made up). It tatstes great but gives you a horrific headache nest day if you have more than two pints.
