Great perspective, very interesting composition with echoing chairs, windows. Shows a great eye for the shot.

If you are going to set up a mood and a pic, do it like you did - where it still contains an element of the casual - it is more human, less "contrived." Good shot - like Jake said above, wonderfully severe!

I like your compo....and the spirit of the scene ( so boring, so funny too!)

Eric Finster gave props (16 Jul 2008):
It's nice to see people at ease in their homes, love the shot.

Well done - everything is in balance and mirrored. Hands in the same positions, legs crossed the same way, the heads are tilted the same – my eye wants to keep finding and checking the similarities. Your picture caught me! Isn’t it interesting that the two people are sitting as close as they can to each other, not centered in their chairs. Ken says it, “Great eye for the shot!”

Too cool.

Strong image, because of the symmetrical set-up. Also a bit scary and sad. Are they happy?

Fabulous, Jeremy!

Makes me feel like a little kid looking up at the parents.
