Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

While showing off my new Canon Ixus I was snapping a few shots outside the principal's office. Not long afterwards one of these trees was cut down...can you guess which one?

P.S. In the event this photo may be published and although I've had oral permission to use photos on the internet please request my permission first as I would probably go to my powers at be to request their permission and would be glad to refuse the $100 dollars. Having said that this is one of the most tongue in cheek photos I have of my workspace. :)
