found this fully grown Ringneck Snake while i was mowing my yard. if you look closely, you'll see the orange ring around his neck. his belly is bright orange as well. they rarely exceed eight inches and like thick native grasses.

    thanks Farras! at first, i was disappointed that he slithered toward the sunflower seed shells but then i realized it gives good perspective.
