Naked Paul
Naked Paul Winer is the owner of Readers Oasis bookstore in Quartzsite, Arizona. This is truly his street fashion because this outfit is what he wears every day. He is definitely an individual. After talking with him, and buying several books I asked to take his picture and he was more than happy to oblige. If you ever find yourself in Quartzsite you should stop by his store. Paul is a really nice guy who's fun to talk to and his store has an impressive selection of books too.
