Velko, this shot was taken at a low angle with a Canon 350D and a wide angle lens of 11-18mm.
I used the cameras flash and as you can see in the bottom section it couldn't quite jump over the wide lens resulting in some shadow cast!

Incredible lighting - the shadow from the lens gives a nice vignette effect. The image almost looks HDR, nice one!
