During the last month, I have gone to pray for and about family,
relationships and life. Although I am not Catholic, I choose to pray at the Basilica. I started this last year with a friend. This place resonates with what I believe is a powerful energy from a cause and effect relationship. There have been so many prayers and tears here. The AME Church I use to attend had a similar feeling.

When you grow up as "pastor's son" there can be such a conflict with
seeing the spirituality of a church tied closely to the "business
side." Along with a smattering of interpersonal conflicts, whispering, back biting, back stabbing and congregational politics can cause you to question and doubt.

It has taken my own journey as a "Man" to truly appreciate and develop
my own since of faith.
