Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

A: Do you know?

It took a 17mm lens to get all this berg in view.

Impressive as it is here, it was even more so in person, looking at it with the naked eye.

Great shot. The iceberg seems to loom, and the shape almost gives a sense of motion.
