Outside Inner Mongolia, China
Stopped at this Buddhist Shrine on my way out of Mongolia en route to Beijing. Though right off the highway, the trek by foot up the mountain to get to the Buddha was rather steep. Every footstep had to be measured and thoughtfully coupled with awareness and intention.
