hmm. The way I interpreted the rules on saturation, was that stuff where the entire photo is black and white, and say someone has coloured a rose in red. This on the other hand, (no pun intended) is still entirely all colour. This just looks like the photographer has pushed the colours in green and red.

A bit burned out.. at least on my lousy screen... Anyway the theme is very clear and simple, maybe to simple, The "background" seems a little too "flat".
