looks mega yummy!! i have only had plantains. never the other two you mention. i'll have to be on the lookout for a place to eat these kinds of good foods here. i had a friend that lived near me for a long while, and she would cook for me good foods like these...but she sadly moved away. so since i have been deprived of cultural foods. :) great capture though!
