Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

A: Do you know?

The wall of a box car on a parked train that was stranded due to the recent flooding here in Iowa.

I thought this was a fitting image to be in the area with all death and destruction over the past weeks due to tornadoes and floods covering 90% of the state. 4 Boyscouts lost their lives recently from a tornado hitting a scout camp, thousands of homes and buisnesses have been lost, and the entire town of Parkersburg Iowa was nearly destroyed by a tornado with more lives lost. With all the faith and prayers going out recently I thought this image being on a stranded train was very fitting.
