This was also at my Father's work. It was a complete accident, but when I looked at it the picture was so clear I just had to keep it. I'm also including a second version of it in black and white, because I'm particularly fond of it that way.
I really like this picture in black and white because it almost looked as if her cheek is glowing due to the pale color of her skin. The way her head is angled also peaks my interest, because the focus of the picture is only taking up half of the picture.

It's really a terrific portrait, Hope. It's a classic composition using a diagonal like that. The diagonal is very strong. The tones are wonderful too. And the clairity and depth-of-field are perfect. Mat it, frame it and hang it on a wall in a very prominent location. :-) R
