Fisherman
This idyllic scene is less so when one considers that, unknown to him, a State Conservation officer was watching this fisherman through a spotting scope from atop the dam. ... and then, of course, Sue and I were photographing him as well.
Poor man probably just wanted to relax a little and go fishing.
