Chinese Acrobats in Branson, Missouri
For half of the year The New Shanghai Circus performs twice daily in Branson, Missouri, the "Vegas" of the Mid-west. Most of the troupe do not speak English and so has little contact with the outside world. They practice up to 4 hours a day so free time is minimal and usually spent on the internet or playing video games.
