Q: Why am I not given the option to nominate a person for member of the week?

A: Do you know?

Photo license: © All rights reserved

Too bad this thing was too rusted and heavy to spin any faster, I'd wanted a lot more blur in the background and I got completely washed out on longer exposures, but there's always tomorrow I guess.

That said, I am still pretty happy with what I got. :)

All my photos are all rights reserved aside from the reprinting rights explicitly extended to jpgmag as part of the terms of submitting them here. Please do not reproduce or use them anywhere without my express permission, which is not to say that I would say no, I just want to know where they're being used. I think that's just common courtesy, right?

No, this is Miharu, a friend who models for me from time to time while I practice getting used to my camera and photography in general. I rarely show up on the other side of the lens. I have a lot more shots with Miharu on flickr, for a very different look, check this one out: http://www.flickr.com/photos/87973357@N00/2546797055/
Thanks for the comment, I will tell her what you said!
