The Tempest
This is the Peter Iredale near Astoria, OR. It was driven ashore in 1906 with no loss of life. THe pictures was shot in 50 MPH winds which were blowing me and my tripod over. I somehow got this shot clear enough with the tripod counterweighted and me being a wind block. It was fun to experience Nature's Fury though I was the only one crazy enough to be on the beach that day.
Drove two hours, shot for twenty minutes, drove two hours back.
