This was my first attempt at the water droplet photos. I finally understand why I see so many of these...it's practically impossible to catch the drop...it's the "thrill of the hunt" that drives the photographer.
I think I am officially obsessed with this now, too.
** let me edit by saying "my first attempt" actually means...my first attempt at the water-drop process...this photo is actually probably #1685 (not sure exactly) out of over 2000...yes, i was a busy, busy girl.
the pink color was created by using a pink shirt under and behind the bowl. the blue is from the blue dye i added to the water...the two colors just blended together with the ripples.
