Faith to me strikes at the core of human beings. Everyone has faith in something, worships something, believes something--and these assumptions, beliefs and values shape every aspect of our lives.
(In this photo, the dead are reaching up from Hades to beg for gifts from the living. One of the most eerie sculptures I have ever seen. Taken at a Buddhist temple near Chiang Rai, Thailand.)
