When harvest time comes, the sheves are quickly hung to dry. Any fence post or guard rail thats available is used. Whole stretches of highway are adorned with the season's blessing near the rice growing communities on Okinawa. Not to worry, people here are honest, it won't be touched till the farmer is ready to take it to the threshing floor.
