Local grass-roots meeting.

Sitting in my neighbors living room with a group, that only twenty minutes prior had been strangers, we gathered to form our local MoveOn council. The Santa Monica Ocean Park council is now a part of the greater MoveOn family, a political action organization that helps bring together like-minded and concerned citizens. Local action groups gain a greater voice in order to take stands on important issues facing our country in a system dominated by big media and big money.
