This old Jones County public school bus lost in the kudzu off the side of highway 129 is the same kind of bus I rode to and from school. I have photographed it over the years as it is progressively reclaimed by the land. This image was made in the winter when everything was dormant and I could almost see what I was stepping on as I made my way through these tangled vines.
