    For a member like me from the other part of the world this is so American. The proud stars and stripes American flag wave everywhere and passes a feeling of nationality, not to speak about the tranquilizing atmosphere of your photo, Kate. Just great.

    In my opinion it's perfect for the theme and it's the best i've seen so far... I do agree that democracy IS freedom!

    Beautiful and simple.... quite lovely and well balanced.
    I noticed that even though your actual horizon line is level the subject matter and color give the illusion that it is not. You might try dropping the left just a bit to create a level look.
    Great exposure!
