Neath the Same Light as you

A passing thought covers the sky. My dark horses play in the sky. I cannot forgive The New Yoker Magazine and its group that allowed the current cover. That is not satire.

wow... this is so beautiful... and it makes me think the second verse of the Star Spangled Banner..."Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam",

Wonderful shot, great title. Reminds me of when my children were living in Oklahoma for a year. I would speak with them every night and end each convo with, "go outside and look up at the moon, remember that I am looking at that same moon as you, love you"

The shapes in the clouds are amazing. I think I saw a flash of that cover on our News the other day. You're right, it seemed less satirical and more speculative and inflammatory.

if there is any image worthy of the word 'patriotic' i'd say this one fits in the very best sense of the word. brilliant.

I know free press is paramount, but I thought the cover was irresponsible and outrageous and careless and elitist.

Satire: the use of irony, sarcasm, ridicule, or the like, in exposing, denouncing, or deriding vice, folly, etc.
I didn't think the cover was funny either and I love satire. Too many people take things literally for that to ever have been a good idea.
Your pic is a great idea...it rocks! -

This photo is potent.
The cover of NY was appalling.
Your photographic life is rich and vibrant as I imagine you must be.
Thank you for sharing yourself and your visions.
