The Capitol's columns are capped with capitols.
Architecture at it's finest - curves and triangles, rectangles and squares. Abacus, Acanthus, angles and lines. The "power" that emanates from this building can be "felt" in it's architecture.
I am struck with this thought though...outside, the stone and glass make a view of complete order and continuity... INSIDE the dis-order and lack of continuity among the people who work here strikes a different view!
