There is a rather extraordinary and accomplished photographer on this site named Peggy Gardner. Her remarkable work is here:

She is also a funny, compassionate, and charming friend.
I had a rather bad bout with depression recently. ....
In what was one of the single kindest and most generous gestures, Peggy mailed me these two hand forged copper bowls she made herself. The smaller bowl is the singing bowl, the larger, the calming bowl. Used properly, they work!
She wrote that copper is nature's magnet and will absorb bad energy, yet reflect back beauty. Quite moving.
Since I also have copper: hair, that is; I posed self here with the bowls, under the sunlight coming from the rust curtain in the guest room.
The overall effect?? All copper, all the time!
Here's Peggy's website, too, for more information:

THANK YOU, PEGGY!

I am sorry I didn't reach out to you adequately Laura. I feel bad because you have a great heart and compassion for all. You have touched me deeply and I hate the thought of you carrying so much pain at once. Life can be like - I know that one very well myself. Peggy, another goddess, is gifted. Her photographic genius is not what I'm referring to though. Its her generosity and open heart. I am so happy to see that she provided you with the proper medicine to help heal you.

P.S. And of course, you are taking advantage of the opportunity to bare those great breasts of yours to display the copper plates like the breastplates of a Celtic Goddess!

Amen, Sister Anne Marie - you don't miss a THING!!! I did have that Celtic armour/shield notion going when I did this. Inherent to our shared genepool, I guess, that you noticed this, too! And you did reach out - you loved the Faith pic enough to ask for it! That thrilled me!

Yes. Good luck. Depression is a mean old shapeshifter. Copper bowls from Peggy look like they work to knock him down a while! Great photo. All your work is wonderful. It always good to know we are not alone.
